What are your wedding colors?
What style of bouquet do you like?
How many bridesmaids and groomsmen will you have standing with you?
Will the guys have pocket squares?
Will you have any honorary guests other than your wedding party? (parents, grandparents, godparents, ushers, etc.)
Will you have a puppy in your ceremony? Do you want them to have a cute collar or lead?
Do you want to repurpose any of your ceremony floral for your reception?
Will you have a sweetheart table for just you and your to-be or a head table with your bridesmaids and groomsmen?

Addresses to everywhere you will need your flowers.
The number of the bridal party.
Your dress color (there are many shades of white)
Your wedding colors
Put together a Pinterest page or a file of inspirational photos- we recommend finding at least five.
Is there any floral that you do not like?
Are there any allergies your florist should know about?
Know your budget for florals and rentals- share this number with your designer.
Have your wedding planner and photographer’s contact info available.
Know your floor plan and layout.
